Export orders from B&Q — download your CSV of orders awaiting shipment.
Drop the CSV here — the system filters for "Awaiting Shipment" orders and looks up each postcode to find the delivery day.
Review each order — click the icon to open the order. Check the calculated despatch and delivery dates.
Accept or change dates — most orders can be accepted as-is. Around 10% may need the delivery day changing.
Submit to the system — click "Open Order in System" to send the order through with all the details pre-filled.
Only despatch ~72hrs before delivery — this limits customers requesting refunds before we've shipped. Exception: if the B&Q shipping deadline is today.
